Ready to bring a Cart & Co. experience to your event?
Start by filling out our booking form  this helps us check availability and better understand your wishes, with no obligation to commit. Our carts are designed to fit almost any location. Because they’re foldable, we can easily assemble them on the spot, making setup seamless and stress-free

 
What happens after you book

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with everything you need to make your Cart & Co. experience smooth, fun, and fully tailored to your event.

 

Here’s what to expect:

Booking confirmation. Once we’ve received your booking request, we’ll get back to you by email within 48 hours to confirm availability for your event date. If your date is available, we’ll send you all the details you need to start planning your Cart & Co. experience, including payment information.
Your booking is officially confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received.

 

Price overview & menu selection

Our pricing is simple and transparent just the way we like it. We offer clear, all-in-one prices per person, starting from a minimum of 25 guests.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Charcuterie Cart: CG 37,- per person ex ob

  • WafflePops Cart (Plain Waffles): CG 19,- per person ex ob

  • WafflePops Cart (Waffle Hotdogs): CG 20,- per person ex ob

No surprises, just delicious food, great service, and a fabulous cart for your event! And let’s be honest… you know what a McDonald’s or KFC meal costs, right?
 

After we have confirmed and reserved your booking, we’ll send you a selection form so you can choose your favorite flavors, toppings, or bites depending on the cart you booked.

 

Event details & preferences
We’ll also ask for a few key details by mail to help us prep and plan:
✔ Exact event location, layout, accessibility & timing
✔ Contact person (event planner or host)
✔ Access to electricity (and water if needed, for example, the waffle cart)
✔ Dietary needs or allergy info
✔ Logo customization options on cart (if you'd like your branding on the cart)
✔ Preferred cart hire duration

Need us to stay a bit longer or come back the next day for pickup? Please let us know, we’ll share the options and any extra costs upfront.

 

Terms & Conditions

You’ll receive our event terms, including deposit info (50% to confirm and reserve your booking), cancellation policy, and any optional extras. We also include general terms for peace of mind. If needed, we’re happy to arrange a quick site check to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. We’re here to keep things simple and joyful, just the way events should be.

Important info to know before your event

Here’s everything you need to know about how we work, this applies to all Cart & Co. carts and helps ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone involved.

 

Quotes and availability
The fastest way to check availability or request a quote is by filling out our booking form, free of obligation to commit. 

​

Booking confirmation
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your booking is only final once this deposit has been received and we’ve sent confirmation via email. The remaining balance is due no later than three (3) day before your event.

 

Communication
We recommend using email for all communication. It helps us stay organized and ensures you receive all the important details after booking. You can always reach us at info@cartandcocuracao.com.

Cart customization
Want to personalize your cart with your logo or event theme? We offer front panel customization (80 x 40 cm). Please let us know at least two (2) weeks in advance if you'd like this option. If selected, we’ll share the additional cost with you based on your design and needs.

Event setup and timing
We typically arrive about one hour before your event to set up and need around one hour after service to break down.
These times can vary depending on your location and event setup, and we’ll make sure to coordinate all timing with you or your event planner beforehand.

 

Space needed
All carts are 170 x 65 x 100 cm. We recommend reserving at least 2.5 x 2 meters of space to ensure everything fits comfortably.

 

Power requirements
If you’ve booked the WafflePop Cart, we’ll need access to a 110-volt power outlet nearby. If an extension cord is needed (1500w), just let us know and we’ll plan accordingly.

 

Dietary information
Some of our menu items contain allergens.

✔     Waffle batter includes flour, eggs, and milk.

✔      Charcuterie items may contain nuts, chocolate, and dairy.

Please let us know if your guests have any allergies or dietary preferences—we’ll do our best to accommodate and advise.

 

Hygiene and safety
We take cleanliness seriously:

✔      All carts and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each event.

✔   Our team wears gloves, aprons and handles all food with care during your event.

 

Hostess
Every cart includes at least one friendly, uniformed hostess to serve and guide your guests during the agreed hire period.

 

Service terms

✔    Your hire includes service during the agreed timeframe. If you'd like to extend your service, we’ll gladly explore options and share any added cost in advance.

✔    After service, we’ll pack up and leave in line with what has been discussed and agreed with you or your planner, no surprises.

✔     We always bring a little extra stock to ensure great service, but please keep in mind that portions are based on your selected guest count and package.

 

Cancellations

✔     If Cart & Co. needs to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (such as extreme weather), we’ll offer you a full refund or help reschedule—whichever you prefer.

✔     If you need to cancel, please give us at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 7 days in advance will result in loss of deposit.

✔      Only the person who made the booking can make changes or request a cancellation.

When you choose the fresh Wafflepops cart for your guest will enjoy fresh Wafflepops make on site with a delicious selection of sauces and toppings to create their favorite Wafflepop. Served on an elegant and modern cart, this will definitely add fun and sweetness to your event.

✔ Freshly baked Wafflepops (on a stick) on site.
✔  Servings based on the number of guests you’ve selected (avg 2-3 waffles per guest)
